What My Clients Have To Say
"The information Stacey provides is priceless. As far as understanding digestion even as simply as how to chew because I am a food inhaler, that information has been very beneficial to me and has helped me tremendously. I've also lost 20 lbs since the beginning of this process and I'm happy about that. I'm much more conscious of what I eat. The thing I love about it is she's given me pause to think; to pay attention to what I'm eating and how it is affecting me. It's been very, very, very helpful to me. I can not thank you enough! I am very grateful. It has become even more evident to me what my body needed to heal. It magnified to me how important it is to listen to my body and to treat it well."

Stacey's class, Thriving Through Menopause, is a journey to wellness that everyone can take. It doesn’t matter if you are perimenopause, have just gone through menopause, or are post-menopausal, the wisdom and knowledge that Stacey imparts is what every woman needs to know.In clear, concise, and easy-to-digest bites, she takes you on a tour of your body - how it works, and why the things we need to do to be our most healthy and vibrant best fit together. I learned so much!I’ve tried almost every recipe that comes with the bonus emails, and they are all delicious. I’ve compiled a booklet of “Stacey’s Recipes”. My favorite is the cauliflower and mushroom risotto, which I’ve made several times. And the beet chocolate cake!! It takes a while to make, but it keeps in the freezer and is a fabulous treat at the end of a long week.I can’t recommend this class enough. Do yourself a favor and sign up for Stacey’s course. It will change your life.

Stacey Bean’s course was one of the best things I did for myself in 2023. The information and education I got from it about menopausal and post-menopausal women’s health was fantastic. Before the course, I had been working with my doctor and a dietician to address glucose intolerance and menopausal weight gain, and had also read several books. I also had pursued holistic options and providers in my community. I was hesitant at first to spend more money on myself, thinking I already had medical resources through my health insurance. Now that I’ve done the course, I feel it was -- without a doubt -- the best money spent. We covered one thing after another in the course that had not been addressed or identified in the same way by anyone else I was working with. Also, Stacey has the ability to tie it all together in how she explains the body systems and how they regulate and impact each other. She explains it all in a way that makes it understandable to someone (like me) with no scientific or medical background. For example, she teaches you what medical tests you need to request and how to interpret them; she explains what ranges are appropriate for menopausal women, instead of just going with the general ranges that were set by the medical profession from studies of primarily white males. Her comprehensive medical + holistic approach to women’s health is rather unique because she takes the time to delve much deeper into all the female metabolic and physiological systems that create or interfere with health as we age. During the course, I was able to pinpoint where I needed to make changes in diet, exercise, supplements and lifestyle habits. Making the changes over a period of several months led to more weight loss and better sleep, better glucose regulation, and now I’m focused on gaining muscle strength which is key to aging well. Stacey’s commitment to her clients and her extensive knowledge base made every session immensely valuable. I did a private consultation with her, as well, and we were able to target my personal health goals and questions. I highly recommend this course and highly recommend working with Stacey.

Stacy's program complimented and then took my personal health journey to a whole new level where I could actually see the weight loss results I had been looking for for years. Within 45 days I had lost 20 lbs and reduced my A1C from 5.6 to 5.4.
Thank you Stacey!!

From Stacey’s warm, heartfelt, accepting welcome in the morning to the culminating,
reflective circle at the afternoon’s end, I began to feel different – the beginning of a
transformation toward a true understanding of mindfulness. A glorious day, indeed. One that
has become both a foundation and a springboard as I begin a healthier way of thinking and
being. Thank you, Stacey. Your intrinsic gifts are vast and deep.

I signed up for A Hero's Journey as a meager attempt for some me time. Had no idea what to
expect and the closer we came to the first session, the more anxious I became. In the end, it
was by far one of the best things I have done for myself. 8 complete strangers somehow
transformed into a group of more than just friends, a family of sorts, otherwise know as the
Ah-ho sisters. We emphasized our strengths and worked through our weakness, we laughed,
we loved, we learned, and in the end we all went about our way thankful for the journey.
